Where can a product be Delivered to?
We cannot deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Courier Post for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to
contact us. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Are the products guaranteed?

We are so sure of our range that we can offer a full money back guarantee on returned product - no questions. If you discover any defects in your product, please
contact us, to help us arrange a replacement on return of the item. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.

How do I return a product?
Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

What Currencies can I pay in?
We can only accept payment in New Zealand dollars (NZD) right now, however we will shortly be accepting payments in other key currencies eg AUD, USD, EUR etc.
If you reside in a country other than New Zealand, the transaction on your credit card will appear on your statement in your local currency - converted at the exchange rate set by your bank or credit card company. The foreign currency amounts listed on this website are an estimate only.

How long does delivery take?
Within New Zealand allow approximately 3 days for delivery and for overseas allow the same as Air Mail being approximately 5-7 days.
